New Blog, New Me

Weigh In time! I always look forward to Wednesdays so I can see how Ive progressed. Truth be told, I check my weight every.day. and some days Im on the scale more than once. I never let myself get discouraged, I know our weight can change 1-3 lbs within a day, but I like to check in and see how Im doing. Ive found that when I dont keep a close eye on it then Ill start to slip. Like when I gained 5lbs over the Thanksgiving-Christmas break. Oops! 😛

So yeah, I lost…. zero lbs this week. Ah! Lol. Oh well. I think its because Ive been extra hungry lately and have been eating a little too much at meal times. And getting seconds! 😀 Im going to drink more water and eat off of salad plates so I can help control how much Im eating. So for this week Ill just push harder to make up for last week’s zero lbs. I like the illustration below. You want the path to success to be straight, easy, and fast with no obstacles. But life doesnt work that way!! You just have to get back on track and press towards the finish line. Like Philippians 3:14 says, “press towards the goal to win the prize…” In my case, the goal is to get down to 130lbs and my prize is a rockin hot bod!!!!! 😀 Wooooowoo! the path to success

  1. Good luck on your goal of losing the weight. I have been working at it since May and am down 16 pounds. I have had some setbacks but still working on the goal.
