I know that it can be a little bit confusing when you’re trying to find info on how to eat better or what exercises to do. There are so many different paths to take and all kinds of information, everything gets so overwhelming, you might get discouraged even before you start. However, trying to change it up to live a healthy lifestyle really doesn’t have to be all that complicated. Move your body and eat clean foods.
It does help tremendously to have a go-to guide, something simply broken down that’ll help you navigate your way. I’ve had the pleasure of reading this pretty wonderful Simply Clean: Clean Eating 101 eBook, which is just that, a guide on how to eat clean. They detail some basic “rules” to help you make the right food choices. There’s also some great tips for meal prep… I love mushrooms, but hate how they go bad so fast! Did you know there’s a way of storing them in a brown paper bag, so that they last longer. I had no idea! The book also had some great tips on how to eat healthy- without spending tons of money doing so.
Added at the end are some meal ideas, with a sample meal plan and some recipes that sound pretty delish. Kale chips and banana ice cream, Ill take it. 😉 The entree meal ideas are mostly not meat-free (womp womp) but the recipes can be tweaked! Hahaha. Oh course they can be made veggie-friendly! Sub the ground beef with lentils, quinoa, millet, brown rice, black beans, or even tofu (if you’re feeling froggy, ha).
Oh! I almost forgot the best part, its an eBook. So when you’re out at the grocery store stuck with that big question of the day [Whats for dinner?!] you’ll have a simple clean eating guide at your fingertips, that’ll help you whip up an easy but healthy dinner. Score! Simply Clean
