Do You Know What Time It Is? Wk 2

It’s Weigh in Wednesday time! Week 2! 😀

For this week’s weigh in, I did better then last week! Woot! (Woah.. thats a lot of !!!’s Hahaha) Im excited, cant you tell?! Ill get to how much better in a sec. But first I wanted to share about my shopping experience yesterday. My son has karate 2 days a week, the only bad thing is that his karate school is at the mall. Now, I love shopping! Every time the son has karate Im tempted to walk around and ‘window shop’ but inevitably this turns into me buying things. 😀 (Shhhh! Dont tell the husband) Which is exactly what happened yesterday. I found myself ‘window shopping’ in New York & Co. I was expecting for the clothes to not fit me very well but I did find several tops that looked pretty good. Heres what I went with…

The sweater is so soft, I wish you could feel it. And it has a shimmer that doesnt show up very well on camera. I would try it on and take a pic but Im feeling a bit lazy at the moment. It looks pretty good on if I do say so myself! 😉



Heres the necklace and bracelet. I usually only wear white gold/silver but it didnt match with the warm feeling of the shirt.





Anyone who knows me knows my usual attire is yoga pants and t-shirts, hair in a ponytail, no make up but I hear people say I look so young when I dress like a bum. I have gotten looks when Im out with my 7 yr old and my baby. I want to wear a sign that says, ‘Dont worry! Im not 17.’ 😛 Instead of that, Ive been dressing more like an adult. I still dont do much to my hair and I dont think Ill ever wear makeup regularly. (The Lord blessed me with a fantastic tan and no blemishes.)  I have a few clothes that are way too big to wear now so its time to buy normal adult clothes. Ive watched What Not to Wear enough times to know what not to wear… I think Stacy and Clinton would approve of my new NY&Co outfit. Im going to wait until Ive lost the rest of my baby weight to buy anything else.

Now for the good stuff… I lost 3 lbs this week! ‘They’ say you should shoot for 1-2 lbs lost per week, so Im happy with this week’s loss. The husband brought home some chocolate again and I didnt stuff my face. 😛 Hahaha. I could have done better with exercising, I didnt do any over the weekend. Have I mentioned before that I hate to exercise?! I havent done it yet this morning. Blah!

Time to attempt to rock the baby to sleep for a nap. She hates to go to sleep like I hate to exercise. Ill post my recipes from this week later today or tonight. Maybe the baby will give me a break this afternoon. Maybe…
